When I was coming up with the name and card for this design, I couldn't help but write something I think a lot of us need to hear:
"It's never too late to be who you could have been."
In a world that often glorifies youthful success, it's easy to feel like if you haven't made your mark by a certain age, you've somehow missed the boat. But that's simply not true. Your journey is your own, and it's never too late to tap into your infinite potential.
Don't believe me? Here's a few examples:
-
Colonel Harland Sanders - Founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC). He started KFC when he was in his 60s after a series of different jobs throughout his life.
-
Ray Kroc - The man who turned McDonald's into a global franchise. He joined McDonald's when he was 52 and subsequently bought the chain and expanded it worldwide.
-
Sam Walton - Founder of Walmart. He opened the first Walmart when he was 44 years old.
-
Momofuku Ando - Inventor of instant noodles. He founded Nissin Food Products Co., Ltd. and invented chicken ramen when he was 48 years old.
-
Stan Lee - Co-creator of many famous Marvel superheroes. He created his first hit comic, "The Fantastic Four," just before turning 39 and achieved much of his fame in the following years.
-
Vera Wang - Renowned fashion designer. She entered the fashion industry at the age of 40 after a career in figure skating and journalism.
It's easy to get weighed down and feel like it's too late. My hope for you, with this reminder, is that it helps you remember you've still got time to do something incredible.
Big Hugs!
Jason
