This, my friends, is step 2 in our collab with Lumi on how to find happiness when everything seems to be falling apart. We remember that tomorrow, we get to try again.
I've messed up more times than I can count. I've fallen, I've failed, I've said things I shouldn't have and hurt some feelings as well. I'm an imperfect human being, just like you. What I've found though, is that in addition to being kind to my mind, I need to remember that each day I get another chance to make things better - each day I get a chance to improve.
Our time here on earth is incredibly finite, which means each day is precious. My hope for you, with this ZOX, is that it reminds you to make each day count. Don't be discouraged if you fail, come back stronger each day until you turn those mountains into molehills.
