I've wanted to add this name to a ZOX for a long time because, if I'm honest, I think it's something all of us could use a little reminder of.
Have you ever pushed yourself past a limit you always thought was truly impossible? Maybe it was doing better on a test than you thought you could, or getting that job you didn't feel qualified for. Maybe it was completing that marathon, hitting a new personal best with a workout or improving your health in ways you used to dream of.
