When I talk about goals, I’m not talking about new year’s resolutions. I mean, how many of us actually keep up with those? No, I’m talking about that little voice in the back of your head that’s relentless about something you want to accomplish. That little voice that says, “I really want to do that,” “I really want to make that,” “I want that to be me.” 

Every single one of us sets goals for ourselves. Whether we meet them or not is the hard part. But here’s what I want you to know about that: not every goal needs to be done by a certain time. Please don’t be discouraged if it’s taking longer than you’d hoped to build that boat, write that book, meet that person. Good things take time, and even better things happen at an unexpected time—but we’re not the timekeepers. Your goals are worth pursuing, even if you don’t complete them overnight.

I hope that this awesome strap encourages you to continue reaching for the stars. Someday, you’ll say, “it was once a goal, and now it’s a reality.” Look at all the things around you now that are completed goals. What’s next?
