Beauty In The Storm

When we first made this design, my mind kept going back to this idea that when we're young, we tend to be afraid of storms. The incredibly loud cracks of thunder, rumbling our homes - the flashes of lighting that arch across the sky as if they're on a mission to illuminate everything around them. 

It's scary!

But we also know that without those storms, many places start to become void of life. Crops die, streams cease to flow and life as we know it tends to change. 

So what then, does that mean about the storm? If life is tied to it, is it really as bad as we thought? 

And that’s where the revelation lies.

As we grow older, our perspective on rain begins to shift. We start to understand that storms, in all their fury and grandeur, play a critical role in the balance of nature. Rain rejuvenates the earth, lightning splits nitrogen and enriches the soil, and the winds carry seeds far and wide to sprout new life. Storms, with all their might, bring about a rebirth that's essential for the cycle of life.

Similarly, in our own lives, storms can be seen as metaphors for the challenges and hardships we face. These personal struggles, though hard to see when you are in the middle of them, can lead to immense growth. They push us out of our comfort zones, test our resilience, and often lead us to discover strengths we never knew we possessed. 

This ZOX is a tribute to that very idea. It's a visual representation of finding grace amidst chaos and recognizing the silver lining, even when the skies are dark and ominous. 

My hope for you, with this ZOX, is that it reminds you that every storm is proceeded by growth, if only you have the courage to whether it.
